The YazamutA Project Camp – Ideation, Design, Go!

The ultimate goal of The YazamutA Project is to provide innovation professional training. Participants undergo an experiential entrepreneurial process (Ideation–Design–Go!), using practical tools for developing innovation, leadership and creativity skills, and practice the process by initiating projects of any kind in the organization, the community, the city, or the school. YazamutA programs train participants to think creatively so they will be able to create initiatives in every aspect of their lives.

The following is a 4 half-days program for the YazamutA Camp.

All programs and workshops require the following essential equipment:

  • A room for up to 20 participants with chairs & tables (arranged in a circle, which can be easily moved and re-arranged for team work)
  • Projector & Screen
  • White board (fixed or portable)
  • Speakers
  • It is recommended that the room can be darkened (for movies).
  • Course summary materials will be handed to all participants

Day One

8:30-10:00    Introduction to The YazamutA Project – Speak the Language

10:30-12:30  Mapping the Environment around us with the 6 P’s
12:30-13:30  Lunch Break

Day Two

8:30-10:00      Creative Thinking methods and Practice
10:00-10:30    Break
10:30-12:30    Brainstorm – Rain of Ideas (Green Process)
12:30-13:30    Lunch Break

Day Three

8:30-10:00 The Project Selection Process (Red Process)
10:00-10:30 Break
10:30-12:30 High-Level Design and prototyping for the selected Project
Prepare for the experts panel
12:30-13:30 Lunch Break

Day Four

8:30-10:30     The Experts Panel – Present projects and get professional feedback from experts
10:30-11:00    Break
11:00-12:30    Time Management and Project Management – Course summary and certificates
12:30-13:30    Lunch Break
